Have you ever tried Mexican Hot Chocolate? It’s summer and quite hot right now where I live, so a hot drink doesn’t sound appealing as it might in the winter. Maybe it’s winter where you live.In any case, I will look forward to trying Mexican Hot Chocolate when cooler weather returns! Here’s a definition of Mexican Chocolate that I found on the Gourmet Sleuth website:

“Mexican Chocolate
Mexican chocolate is made from dark, bitter chocolate mixed with sugar, cinnamon, and sometimes nuts. The end result is a “grainy” less smooth product. Chocolate is frequently purchased in “disks” although it is also available in bars and syrups.”

I discovered a video clip of Bill Cosby’s famous Chocolate Cake monologue!! If for some reason you missed this year’s ago, it is an absolute must see. It is by far the funniest comedy piece I have ever seen anywhere.

If you’ve seen it before and liked it, take a few minutes to watch it again (if your internet connection is not fast enough find a friend or neighbor who will let you use their computer!). This is just too good to miss!!
