Dark Chocolate Baking

My apologies for not posting to this blog in such a long time! I have been working hard on some of my other blogs and websites. However, I ran across a wonderful video on baking with dark chocolate and I wanted to share it with you. I also found a great membership site that provides lots of chocolate baking and cooking recipes. I liked it so much I joined! If you get chance take a look at the Choco Factory.

The video I’m sharing here is from youtube and is on making dark chocolate brownies. This recipe includes dark chocolate with 99% cocoa and calls for using eggs from organic free range chickens. That will make the brownies a little bit healthier for many people. But the recipe also calls for using a fair amount of butter and sugar. I think if I could find the time I might try substituting applesauce for some of the butter and see how they turn out.

Either way I’ll bet these dark chocolate brownies are delicious!
