Dark Chocolate Reviewed

Which dark chocolate do you like best? Which appeals the most to dark chocolate lovers overall? What is it that makes one kind better than another? As you might imagine each of us is looking for something a little different.

I found a short video clip produced by American Test Kitchen in which 4 popular brands of dark chocolate are reviewed. I wasn’t surprised by the results for the most well-liked brand of dark chocolate (in the U.S.)! But the particular chocolate bar featured in this review has less cocoa and more sugar than the one I like best (60% cocoa vs. the one I prefer with 72% cocoa). Can you guess the company?
